Swede Dish Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Boil the eggs

Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.

Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.

Cool and peel

Transfer eggs to an ice bath. Once cooled, peel.

Prepare filling

Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.

In a bowl, mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, dill, and chopped smoked salmon.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon or pipe the filling back into egg whites.
