12littleneck clams, scrubbed
3slices bacon, finely chopped
2tbsp butter
1shallot, minced
1clove garlic, minced
½cup panko breadcrumbs
2tbsp chopped fresh dill
1tbsp chopped parsley
1tsp lemon zest
1tbsp lemon juice
¼tsp smoked paprika
salt & pepper
