Ingredients
    Blackstone Seared Lamb
  • 1.5–2 lbs lamb, cubed
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 tsp rosemary garlic seasoning
  • salt + pepper (to taste)
    • Swede Dish Dilly Tzatziki
  • 1 cup Skyr or Icelandic yogurt
  • ½ cup grated cucumber (squeezed dry)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
    • Spring Garden Layer
  • cherry tomatoes
  • fresh cucumber slices
  • pickled cucumber
  • pickled radish matchsticks
    • Creamy + Salty
  • ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
    • Herby Oil
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 pinch salt
    • Bread
  • 12 mini pitas or large flatbread
  • 1 head roasted garlic (for spreading)
Instructions
    Cook the Lamb
