Mini Swedish Meatball Sliders with Lingonberry
Description
Juicy Swedish-style meatballs simmered in gravy, layered with melty cheese and a swipe of lingonberry jam, all tucked into buttery brioche buns.

Mix meat, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, spices, salt, and pepper. Form small meatballs.

Brown meatballs in butter until golden; add gravy and simmer 10–12 minutes.

Split buns, add meatballs and gravy, top with cheese and a small spoon of lingonberry.

Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes until warm and melty. Serve immediately.
