Sweet-tart lingonberry glaze with a whisper of chili warmth coats crispy wings for a flavor that’s playful, balanced, and quietly addictive.

Ingredients
  • 3 lb chicken wings, split and patted dry
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
    • Lingonberry Glaze
  • ½ cup lingonberry jam
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 –2 tsp chili paste or chili flakes (very mild)
  • 1 tbsp butter
Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 380°F).

    Toss wings with olive oil and salt. Roast or air fry until crisp.

    In a small saucepan, warm lingonberry jam, vinegar, chili, and butter until smooth and glossy.
