2 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp cracked black or white pepper
Zest of 1–2 lemons

Dill Butter

4 tbsp unsalted butter
1½ tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1½ tsp dried dill)
Optional: squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Instructions
