Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (or use air fryer at 375°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, lemon zest and juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Add honey or mustard if using.
  3. Place on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until salmon is just cooked and flakes easily.
  5. (Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through.)
  6. Cool slightly before serving to little ones.
