A Swedish twist on classic powdered sugar cookies, with toasted pecans or hazelnuts and a touch of ground cardamom featuring cozy cardamom and toasted nuts in irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth cookies

Prep & Preheat:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make Dough:

In a mixing bowl, cream softened butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, flour, cardamom, salt, and toasted nuts. Mix gently until combined into a soft dough.
Form Cookies:

Roll dough into small balls (1-inch size) and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake:

Bake for 14–16 minutes, or until set and slightly golden around edges.
Dust & Cool:

Let cookies cool slightly (5 minutes), then roll gently in additional powdered sugar to create a “snowball” effect.
