Swede Dish Spring Pasta
Description
A bright spring pasta with shrimp, sweet peas, crisp radishes, bacon, and herbs tossed in a delicate orange cardamom cream sauce enriched with herby goat cheese.

Cook pasta in salted water. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.

Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove and reserve.

In the bacon fat sautรฉ shallot and garlic.

Add shrimp and cook 1โ2 minutes per side.

Simmer gently.

Add pasta, peas, radishes, bacon, and a splash of pasta water.
