Description

Juicy Swedish-style meatballs simmered in gravy, layered with melty cheese and a swipe of lingonberry jam, all tucked into buttery brioche buns.

Instructions

  1. Mix meat, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, spices, salt, and pepper. Form small meatballs.
  2. Brown meatballs in butter until golden; add gravy and simmer 10–12 minutes.
  3. Split buns, add meatballs and gravy, top with cheese and a small spoon of lingonberry.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes until warm and melty. Serve immediately.
