Instructions
1. Roast the Carrots & Parsnips

Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping once, until deeply golden and caramelized.
2. Make the Brown Butter

In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Continue cooking until butter foams and turns deep golden brown with a nutty aroma.

Remove from heat.

Stir in dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice (if using).

3. Combine
