1. Combine Ingredients

In a saucepan, add: cranberries and lingonberry preserves

orange juice

sugar

orange zest

cinnamon stick, white pepper, lemon, or vinegar (if using)
2. Simmer

Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low.

Cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
3. Finish

Remove cinnamon stick.

Stir in a pinch of white pepper and optional vinegar/lemon for brightness.

Cool to room temperature — it will thicken as it cools.
4. Serve

Serve chilled or at room temp.
