Description

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients into a smooth batter. Let rest 15–30 minutes.
  2. Heat a nonstick or crepe pan over medium. Grease lightly.
  3. Pour ~¼ cup batter, swirling to coat. Cook until edges lift, flip, cook 30 seconds more.
  4. Stack on a warm plate or keep covered in a low oven until serving.
