Jammy Cloudberry Banana Pancakes

Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.

Whisk in eggs, then stir in oat flour and cloudberry jam.

Heat a nonstick pan over medium. Lightly oil or butter if needed.

Drop small spoonfuls (silver-dollar size) onto the pan.

Cook 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and set.

Cool slightly and serve warm, with more jam or a dollop of Skyr if desired.
