Lemon-Dill Salmon Bites
Description
Packed with protein and Nordic flavor, these cheerful bites are great as a snack, main dish, or lunchbox hero.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (or use air fryer at 375°F).

In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, lemon zest and juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Add honey or mustard if using.

Place on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until salmon is just cooked and flakes easily.

(Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through.)

Cool slightly before serving to little ones.
